The coffee beans have been lightly roasted which makes it is a full-bodied coffee, offering a perfect balance between acidity and bitterness, characterized by notes of chocolate and toasted bread. This coffee is produced in an honest way with attention to people and the environment.

In the small town of Antigua in Guatemala. She is a young coffee farmer and she produces coffee beans for BeCoffeedent company.
Coming from a coffee-farming family, Rocio Aznar decided to take over following the death of her parents and began to work with BeCoffeedent.
Since that day, she has worked with heart and conviction to produce the best coffee beans that respect our values: fair-trade coffee beans.
In the future, she hopes that her two young children will work with and keep on get involved in the production of coffee beans.
BeCoffeedent helped her to largely increase her production and source of income based on its unique farming methods.
